Below is a brief collection of pictures documenting the process. Many, many, hours involved in this undertaking.
Wow I stumbled across this by accident just researching LS Swaps. I currently have a LS1 torn down with Mamo heads waiting for the rebuild. I was sticking with the stock bottom end with new bearings and ARP rod bolts since it only had 36000 miles on it. Originally it was going to go into a 240sx vert to enjoy track days with my Son and his 240 but now I am looking into a switch. Those friends I had with experience in this offered help till the time came and then they all had major projects so I am looking for a more plug and play chassis to put it in since the one I had was rough. It will be interesting to see your Dyno numbers when finished, and the Car build is really something I admire, wish I had the patience and ability.
